MEMORY LANE EDITION OF HOME GROWN MEALS
Your favorite aunt. A room you feel safe in. A treasured family recipe. We all form bonds to people, places and things. We cherish a particular friend. Delight in visiting a certain place or celebrating a ritual. Appreciate an object or heirloom regardless of its perceived value to others.
Lets explore the lure and magic of our memories.
Gather around the table for ArtHouse’s second installment of Home Grown Meals. Invited guests are asked to share an anecdote about a memorable moment or a prized object.
Successful public spaces are connected, communal and dynamic. How can ArtHouse: A Social Kitchen become a special place for Gary residents to make memories and start new community traditions?
Dinner will be accompanied by performances from Performance Duo: In the Spirit and a special "Memory Lane" open mic.
For more details or to sign up to participate in the “Memory Lane” open mic please write to firstname.lastname@example.org.
