THE LEGAL INGREDIENTS: What new business owners should know is hosted by John Campbell ESQ., Board Director for SPACE Fund NFP and principal of the law firm Schenk Annes Tepper Campbell Ltd.  Learners will explore key strategies for engaging and employing an attorney in their food business.  In this workshop, learners will review contractual relationships for business owners, common liability/assets protection, and ways to protect intellectual property.
